TSS Methods

The Methods section is the location containing technical documentation and technique descriptions for the data and analytical information displayed in the Resources section. This section is organized into Monitoring, Emissions, Modeling, and Attribution subsections. These summary documents reference additional off-site publications for additional review as needed by the users, according to their individual regulatory planning needs.

Monitoring

These methods describe the collection, processing, and evaluation of monitoring data needed for evaluating regional haze in the WRAP region.
Emissions Methods

Emissions

This section provides descriptions of emissions data estimation techniques used om preparing emissions inventories required by the Regional Haze Rule.
Modeling Methods

Modeling

This section provides descriptions of regional gridded aerosol modeling techniques used to produce air quality/visibility data required by the Regional Haze Rule.
Source Apportionment Methods

Attribution

The Attribution methods section describes two methodological applications; 1) the techniques used to produce the Source Apportionment results, and 2) the approach to integrating various analytical results into the WoE Checklist section.
