Hello,

I have downloaded IMPROVE data for comparison with our CMAQ model results and want to verify time in the data.

For the hourly transiometer & nephelometer data, is time in LST? LDT? GMT?

For the 24 hr data is obs_time the end of the 24 period or the beginning of the 24 hr period? and is that in LST, LDT, or GMT?
