Calculating Regional Haze Baseline

EPA has finalized the Regional Haze guidance documents.  The guidance document "Tracking Progress Under the Regional Haze Rule: Guidance Document" contain a detailed description of the procedure for calculating the Regional Haze 5 year average Baseline values and the Current values.
